Stasney's Cook Ranch offers a secluded peaceful setting for weddings, retreats, family reunions and church gatherings.

The original ranch headquarters is the white house shown above.  It is a registered historical site with the Texas Historical Commission (click on marker above).  The Stasney's have restored the spacious 100+ year-old Cook Ranch house into a wonderful country retreat.   The Headquarters has  five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The Headquarters (shown above) comfortably sleeps 15 to 18 people.  An adjacent bunk house sleeps four.

The grand outdoor patio and pool offers a scenic view of a beautiful valley and lake accented with real Texas Longhorns, buffalo, deer, turkey, song and migratory birds all framed under  wide open skies. 

Accommodations for couples, families or smaller groups include Ft. Griffin (sleeps 2-6), Ft. Concho (sleeps 2-8) and Ft. Richardson (sleeps 2-8).  These facilities are built as modernized replicas of officers’ quarters found at US Military forts built on the Texas frontier during the 1800’s.

The Fort Griffin officer's quarters rents for $135.00 for two persons per night.  There is an additional charge of $15.00 per night for each additional guest.  There is no charge for children 2 years and under.  Fort Griffin is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.   No smoking and no pets inside the quarters.  Animals must be kept in an outside kennel or on a leash at all times.

The Fort Concho officer's quarters rents for $175.00 for four persons per night.  There is an additional charge of $15.00 per night for each additional guest.  There is no charge for children 2 years and under.  Fort Concho is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.   No smoking and no pets inside the quarters.  Animals must be kept in an outside kennel or on a leash at all times.

The Fort Richardson officer's quarters has four separate rooms that each rent for $100.00 per night for two persons.  There is an additional charge of $15.00 per night for each additional guest.  There is no charge for children 2 years and under.  No smoking and no pets inside the quarters.  Animals must be kept in an outside kennel or on a leash at all times.
