Stasney's Cook Ranch is 25,000 acres of premium hunting habitat that has been managed intensively for whitetail deer, quail and Rio Grande turkey. The ranch has been in the Texas Parks & Wildlife’s Managed Lands Permit (MLP) for many years. In 2006, Stasney’s Cook Ranch was honored to receive the Texas Parks & Wildlife Managed Lands Stewardship award.

All hunters must execute a release in the form provided by Stasney's Cook Ranch and possess a valid Texas hunting license. All game laws and limits are strictly followed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all hunts. No hunt is booked until the deposit has been received.
